QuizTech.in (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. operates an online quiz competition platform through our website and Android application. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use, store and share it, and protect your personal data, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

a. Personal Information

        Account / registration data

  • Full Name, email, phone number, date of birth (if provided), username, password (hashed).
  • Payment & subscription info (transaction IDs, billing address). We do not store/share card details.

b. Usage Information

  • Quiz attempts, scores, timestamps, time taken, answers, leaderboard positions.
  • Device data (device model, OS version), IP address, browser, app version, crash logs (anonymized).

c. Optional Information

  • Profile photo
  • Referral/Invite details

d. KYC & payout data

  • PAN, Aadhaar (if required for tax compliance), bank account/UPI ID, name as per bank account.
  • We do not store/share card details.
  • Supporting documents for identity verification.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for:

  • Account creation and verification
  • Providing quiz access and subscription features
  • Ranking calculations & reward processing
  • Customer support
  • Fraud prevention
  • Improving app performance
  • Sending important updates, notifications, and promotional messages (you may opt-out).

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your data.
We may share limited data only with:

  • Payment gateways, banks and UPI providers (for subscriptions & transaction processing and payouts).
  • KYC/identity verification providers for winners.
  • Law enforcement or regulators when required.
  • Service providers (analytics, hosting, email) under contracts and confidentiality.
  • In case of merger/acquisition — with notice.

4. You must ensure the confidentiality of your Registered email, Username, and password.

  • You are obligated to protect the security of your Username and Password. You are prohibited from sharing this information with any third party.
  • Should you suspect that your credentials have been compromised or disclosed, you are required to notify us immediately via support@quiztech.in.
  • Furthermore, you should change your password without delay.
  • We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your Registration Information being obtained by others or due to your non-compliance with this Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage & Security

  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized staff only.
  • We follow industry-standard security practices. Data is stored on secure servers with HTTPS/TLS, encryption.

  • Only information collected via our website is covered by our online privacy statement; information collected offline is not.
