Terms and Conditions for QuizTech.in:

Acceptance of Terms

These T&Cs are between you (“User”) and QuizTech.in Website & App. By accessing our platform AND purchasing a subscription, you (“User”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

IT Act 2000, Intermediary Guidelines 2021, Indian Contract Act 1872, Consumer Protection Act 2019, Prize Competitions Act 1955.

1. User Eligibility

  • USER must be at least 18 years old to use our Service (Website & App).
  • If you are under the age of majority (18) in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian.
  • By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  • Participants must reside in a INDIA where such competitions are legally permitted.

2. User Account and Registration

  • You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for your login credentials.
  • All activities under a user's account are their responsibility.
  • Multiple accounts or fraudulent registrations are prohibited.
  • You reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent activity or breach of terms.

3. Services by QuizTech.in

       1. Skill-Based Platform:  "QuizTech.in is a technology-enabled skill-based platform

Offering competitive, skill-based quizzes. The outcome is determined by a user's completely knowledge and Test speed, and is not based on chance & luck, not any betting activities"

  1. Free Introductory Access: New users get limited free quizzes & limited free content read, learn & practice to experience the platform before committing to a subscription.
  2. Subscription Model: 

Access to the Platform's quiz library is granted through a tiered subscription model.

  • The subscription fee is framed as payment for access to platform uses & library of content (the quizzes).
  • Users need to get subscription plan to get full unlimited access to our competitive quiz platform (monthly/quarterly/annual).
  • Based on subscription plan we provide platform access days/months & how many quizzes.
  • Purchase of a subscription does not guarantee winning any prize or reward.
  • Features depend on the plan purchased (quiz limit, platform access, days/months etc.).
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Payment gateway(s), UPI, wallets, etc. All payments are subject to gateway terms.
  • Taxes and fees: applicable taxes borne by user.
  • Upon payment of the applicable fee, users are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited access to participate in a specified number of quizzes as defined by their chosen subscription plan.
  • We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove subscription plans, quiz topics, or the number of accessible quizzes at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users with reasonable notice. But changes will not affect completed transactions.

4. Quiz Participation Rules and Session Management

  • Users must register on [Quiztech.in] and agree these terms & conditions to participate quiz.

  • The quiz is conducted for educational purposes only and may cover levels such as [Information technology, 6th Class to 10th Class, Entrance Exams level, competitive exams level, UG Level, PG Level. [list of topics, e.g., general knowledge, science, history, Information Technology etc.].

  • The quiz consists of Questions are multiple choice / true or false / fill in the blank [customize as needed]. based on educational topics.
  • Each quiz is a separate session with a predefined maximum participant cap. ensuring a balanced and competitive environment for all users.
  • Participate into a quiz session is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis for active subscribers, until the maximum user limit is reached.
  • QuizTech.in shall not be liable if a user is unable to participate in a specific quiz session due to the cap being filled.
  • The timing, duration, and rules for each quiz will be clearly communicated within the Platform before the commencement of the quiz.
  • And Participants must answer all questions within the given time limit.
  • Start time and duration are fixed; late entries denied.
  • Tie-breakers, scoring, negative marking rules published per quiz-contest. Judges’/algorithm’s decisions final and binding.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement of Rankings

  • Winners are determined based on the highest score(s) and/or fastest time to complete the quiz, as specified in each quiz description. [Rank Wise]
  • Winners will be announced immediate completion of test or quiz.
  • Results will be announced on [Date] via [Website/APP/Email/TO Registered Mobile number].

Rankings will be calculated based on:

  • Score
  • Time taken
  • Tie-breaking rules defined by QuizTech.in

6. Achievements & Rewards

QuizTech.in Reward System

As a knowledge and skill-based platform, we reward excellence through a diverse reward ecosystem:

  1. Educational Grants & Scholarships: Top performers on our leaderboards are eligible for educational scholarships, which can be used for academic fees, course purchases, or other learning-related expenses.
  2. Digital Credentials: Verified certificates of achievement with partner educational platforms, digital badges, and hall of fame recognition.
  3. Educational Content Access: Free subscriptions to partner educational platforms and online courses.
  4. Vouchers & Gift Cards: Partner with brands to offer e-commerce vouchers (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart), movie tickets, or food delivery coupons.
  5. Cash Awards: Cash prizes for top rankings, distributed in full compliance with Indian tax regulations (TDS deducted where applicable under Section 194B).
  6. Platform Credit: Wallet funds that can be used for subscription renewals or access to premium features.
  7. Branded Merchandise: QuizTech.in branded apparel and accessories & Edu things for consistent performers. (Mobiles & laptops, Books from sponsors).

Withdrawal Rules

a. Minimum Withdrawal

  • Minimum withdrawal amount will be shown inside the withdrawal section (e.g., ?50 or ?100).

b. Methods

  • UPI transfer (primary method)
  • Bank transfer (only if enabled)

c. KYC Requirement

Withdrawals mandatorily require KYC in the cases:

  • Total withdrawal exceeds ?1,000
  • Suspicious activity detected
  • Minor accounts

d. Processing Time

UPI withdrawals usually take 24–72 hours.

e. Charges

QuizTech.in may apply:

  • Small withdrawal fees
  • UPI transaction charges
    (If applicable, clearly displayed to users.)
  • KYC Policy – QuizTech.in
  • Last Updated: [14/11/2025]

Verification Process

  1. Upload required documents via secure upload.
  2. Provide a clear photo and matching details.
  3. Our verification team reviews the submission.
  4. Your KYC will be marked as:
    • Approved
    • Rejected (with reason)
    • Pending

Processing time may take 1–3 business days.

2. Documents Required

Users may be required to upload:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • PAN Card
  • Voter ID
  • Driver’s License
  • Parent/Guardian ID for minors

QuizTech.in may request one or more documents based on withdrawal amount or suspicious activity.

3. When KYC is Required

KYC is mandatory for:

  • Reward withdrawals
  • Large-value prize claims
  • Suspicious or flagged accounts
  • Random identity verification checks

Minor accounts requiring parent verification.

7. Not a Gambling or Betting Platform

QuizTech.in is a 100% skill-based learning and knowledge competition platform.
Rewards are based solely on:

  • Performance
  • Accuracy
  • Time taken
  • Ranking rules

We do not support or allow gambling, betting, or chance-based games.

Educational Purpose Only

The content is meant for:

  • Learning
  • Skill-building
  • Academic improvement
  • Competitive exam practice
  • IT Skills improvement

8. Intellectual property

  • Content on platform (questions, UI, graphics) is owned by Quiz Tech or licensed. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or sell without permission.
  • User-generated content (UGC): by posting, you grant Quiz Tech a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it.

9. Limitation of liability & disclaimers

  • Quiz Tech provides the platform “as-is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
  • We do not guarantee that using our mock tests will result in improved exam performance. [QuizTech.in] is not affiliated with any official examination board unless explicitly stated
  • QuizTech.in is not responsible for any Loss of data due to technical issues.
  • Liability cap: to the extent permitted by law, Quiz Tech’s aggregate liability will not exceed the total fees you paid in the prior 12 months (or INR [X], choose). No liability for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation tools
  • Manipulate results or rankings
  • Create multiple accounts
  • Attempt hacking, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access

Violation may lead to immediate account suspension

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Cancel quizzes
  • With hold rewards in case of suspicious activity

Cancellation & Refund Policy – QuizTech.in

Consumer Protection Act 2019, Prize Competitions Act 1955, RBI Payment Guidelines, PMLA 2002

1. Subscription Fees

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable once activated.
  • Refunds are NOT provided for:
  1. Change of mind
  2. Incomplete quiz participation

Technical failures

  • If a verified platform failure (server downtime, app crash, payment failure) prevented participation, eligible users may receive partial/full refund or credit at Quiz Tech’s discretion after investigation.

Fraud/misconduct

  • If user is found to be engaging in fraud, collusion, or multiple accounts for unfair advantage, no refund and potential forfeiture of any rewards.

2. Exceptions (Refund Possible Only If)

A refund may be provided if:

  • Duplicate payment occurred after verification only.
  • A technical issue prevented subscription activation after verification only.
  • Payment was wrongly deducted but service not delivered after verification only.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

3. Payment gateway fees

  • Gateway processing fees may be non-recoverable — we will state whether refunds are gross or net of fees.

4. Requesting a refund

  • Email [support@quiztech.in] within 14 days for subscription disputes; include transaction ID and reason. We will respond within 7 business days.

12. Dispute resolution & governing law

  • Governing law:- laws of India.
  • Dispute resolution: first attempt amicable resolution via support. Escalation to arbitration/tribunal per Indian law (specify arbitration clause) — or courts of [City, State].

13. Changes Of Terms

We may update T&Cs; material changes notified via email or in-app. Continued use = acceptance.
